Ordered on 12/2/25. After placing my order, I waited 15 days before being informed that the size I ordered was not in stock, which should have been communicated much sooner. Response times were extremely slow, often taking days to get a reply, which made the process even more frustrating. I was later told a refund was issued on 12/24, but nothing has appeared in my account. Overall, very poor customer service and lack of transparency. I wouldnât purchase from here again.
